We’ve built companies before.
Jess and Andrea co-founded inDinero and have been building together for seventeen years. Gabe founded EnjoyTalent and built the sourcing strategy at Shopify Logistics. Between us we have built teams, shipped products that worked and a few that didn’t, and lived with the decisions that come after a launch.
That history is why we started FutureProofing, and why we changed what it does.
Hiring was never the real problem.
FutureProofing began by helping companies find senior AI engineers. The engineers were excellent. What we kept seeing was that a great engineer placed inside a company can write very good code and still ship the wrong product.
The knowledge that makes a company valuable usually lives with a handful of people: how they price a job, how they handle a difficult customer, why their process works. AI pays off when it is built around that knowledge, by people who understand the business and stay long enough to make it work.
We build it with you.
So we stopped placing engineers. Today we partner with a few established companies at a time and do the work ourselves. Sometimes that is a product made from what the company knows. Sometimes it is automating an operation that slows everyone down, or a tool that helps a whole team meet the standard of its best people.
Our own senior engineers do the work, inside your systems and next to your experts, starting from software we have already built. After launch we keep improving it, because that is when a product starts to earn.
We work as partners, so we choose carefully.
We only take on work we would want to stand behind for years. Before we say yes, we ask what a partner would ask: who will this serve, do the economics hold, and can we build it well? If the answer is no, we say so.
When the answer is yes, we are in it with you. We want to future-proof your company, not deliver a project and move on.

Each month we contact more than 2,000 engineers and accept 12. Jess runs the final technical conversation with every one of them.
What we build for your business is yours, and so is your data. Access, provider terms and release approvals are agreed with your technology and legal teams before anything goes live.
