    We're actively working toward SOC 2 Type II certification. Ahead of certification, engineers operate under your security policies + tooling. We do not store client code or credentials on FutureProofing-owned infrastructure.

    Engineers operate inside your tools — your repo, your Linear/Jira, your Slack, your Vercel/AWS. No middleman platforms, no time-tracking surveillance. Direct PR review with your team leads.

  • IP assignment

    Day 1, all to client

    Every engineer's contractor agreement assigns 100% of work product to the client on commit. We do not retain IP, derivative rights, or training-data rights to anything shipped on your engagement.

  • Security review

    Async, 3–5 business days

    We respond to your security questionnaires (SIG, CAIQ, custom) within 3–5 business days. Most procurement teams get what they need in one round.

    We complete your SIG/CAIQ async in 3–5 business days. Mutual NDA signed before any candidate intros.

    MSA + SOW

    Your MSA or ours. SOW scoped per engagement. Net-30 invoicing. Payments via wire, ACH, or AP portal.

  4. 04

    Embed

    Engineer onboards into your tools, signs your contractor + IP assignment paperwork, ships first PR within 3 weeks.

A note on honesty.We don’t claim certifications we don’t have. SOC 2 Type II is in progress (target Q4 2026); ahead of that, engineers work entirely inside your security policies and tools. If your procurement team requires SOC 2 today as a hard gate, we’ll tell you upfront — and we’ll re-engage when we’re certified. See the replacement SLA for engagement-level guarantees.
